Liverpool   Wait Time I was served within two minutes of entering the branch. I waited between two and five minutes for service. I waited over five minutes to be served.   Accuracy My transaction was processed accurately the first time. My transaction had to be corrected.   Friendliness The representative greeted me, smiled, made eye contact with me and exhibited a helpful and friendly attitude. The service was efficient, but the representative was businesslike and not cordial. The representative seemed unfriendly.   Professionalism The teller was respectful of my privacy by writing my account balance down and handing it to me when I requested it. The teller told me my balance, and others may have heard it.
