Improvements Completed at Erie Blvd Branch

We have added a remote driveup teller tube/video system, and a large high tech ATM screen that is much easier to read. Starting Monday May 12th, members can conduct drive up teller transactions (two transactions maximum - no coin) without leaving their vehicle (push the call button on the tube system). The ATM screen is now much easier to read, especially in bright sunshine.

Debit / Credit Card Users: Our card security vendors monitor transactions for potential fraud on our cards through a national security system. From time to time they may call you at home to verify a specific transaction (location & amount). They may verify some information they have with you to identify you and validate the transaction(s) in question. If you cannot verify the transaction, they will block the card from further use. Please insure the credit union has your most recent phone number on record.

Please contact our card department if you have questions regarding these procedures at 443-2603 Ext. 242.

Notice: Because of new federal regulations (July 1, 2006), only actual account balances will be reported and available for elecronic transactions (ATM and Debit) - overdraft lines of credit are not available and not reported in available balances. If you anticipate needing to use your overdraft line of credit for ATM or Debit Card use, log onto CUE and transfer funds from your overdraft to your share draft account ahead of time. This does not effect share drafts - overdraft and courtesy pay features remain active and available when a draft is presented.
