Debit / Credit Card Users:  Our card security vendors monitor transactions for potential fraud on our cards through a national security system.  From time to time they may call you at home to verify a specific transaction (location & amount).  They may verify some information they have with you to identify you and validate the transaction(s) in question.  If you cannot verify the transaction, they will block the card from further use.  Please insure the credit union has your most recent phone number on record.

 NOTICE: Because of federal regulations (July 1, 2006), only actual account balances will be reported and available for elecronic transactions (ATM and Debit) - overdraft lines of credit are not available and not reported in available balances.  If you anticipate needing to use your overdraft line of credit for ATM or Debit Card use, log onto CUE and transfer funds from your overdraft to your share draft account ahead of time.  This does not effect share drafts - overdraft and courtesy pay features remain active and available when a draft is presented.
