THERE ARE TWO SEPARATE SETS OF NUMBERS YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH WHEN USING TELE-BRANCH.  EACH SET CONSISTS OF TWO DIGITS for example: 01; 02, through 99.

The first set of numbers are the ACTION CODES. ACTION CODES tell the computer the type of information you are requesting, or transaction you wish to conduct. Some examples are: 01, to check the balance in your savings; 14, to list the last 4 drafts (checks) that cleared from your checking account; or 21, to transfer funds from savings to checking. (note: these types of action codes will not require the use of the second set of numbers).
The second set of numbers are the SUFFIXES - the actual accounts themselves (01 your prime savings account, 02 - 05, specialty savings such as Christmas Club, Vacation Club; 10 - 14, IRA's; etc. through suffix 99).
You can pick up a handy TELE-BRANCH Wallet Card that will give you detailed instructions along with the Action Codes and Suffixes, at any branch. 

To use TELE-BRANCH, dial in, and from there you will have vioce prompts to guide you through.

A quick reference: ACTION CODE 10, allows you to pick a suffix (account), and listen to a complete history of all debits and credits to that account for the last 45 days.
ACTION CODE 54, allows you to obtain a listing of all withdrawls from any suffix.
